Safwan Khan leads YCS Trust as Chairperson, bringing a rare combination of medical expertise and community leadership to the organisation. A graduate of King Edward Medical Hospital (KEMH), he understands the grassroots challenges facing underserved communities and channels that insight into building programs that create genuine, lasting impact across healthcare, education, and welfare.
Sahil Zaini serves as Vice Chairperson of YCS Trust, spearheading the organisation's digital transformation and strategic technology initiatives. As the architect of YCS Group's IT vertical, he drives innovation across all business and trust operations, ensuring technology is harnessed as a force for social good.
Ahmad Haseer brings rigorous technical discipline to his role as Secretary, overseeing governance documentation, regulatory filings, and the administrative backbone of YCS Trust. An engineering graduate of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU), he ensures the organisation operates with full procedural integrity at every level.
Amir Khan leads YCS Group's commercial operations as Director of Business & Entrepreneurship, crafting growth strategies that fund the Trust's social mission. An MBA graduate of Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI), he brings deep enterprise management expertise to building self-sustaining business verticals with measurable social returns.
Advocate Akram Khan provides expert legal counsel to both YCS Trust and YCS Group, safeguarding the organisation across regulatory compliance, contracts, dispute resolution, and governance frameworks. His counsel ensures every initiative and agreement is grounded in sound legal practice and institutional integrity.
Advocate Fawad Khan serves as Treasurer, overseeing the full financial stewardship of YCS Trust — from fund allocation and donor reporting to audits and regulatory filings. His dual expertise in law and finance ensures every rupee is accounted for with the highest standards of transparency and fiscal discipline.
